This policy explains how NeuroDream handles personal information across the NeuroDream company website and the services that expressly adopt this policy. Dream records can contain deeply personal information, so they receive the same care as other sensitive user-provided content.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the service you use, you may provide account details, dream text, voice recordings or transcripts, tags, reflections, feedback, generated images or other creative outputs, customer-support messages, research inquiries, and payment-related account information. You choose whether to submit dream content.
3. Information collected automatically
We may collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device and browser type, approximate region, pages or features used, timestamps, error logs, and security events. We do not send the text of your private dreams to ordinary website analytics tools.
4. How information is used
We use information to provide the features you request, maintain your private archive, generate requested conversations or creative outputs, operate accounts and subscriptions, respond to support, protect the service, diagnose errors, and improve usability. We may also use aggregated or de-identified operational statistics to understand product performance.
5. AI processing and model training
Some requested features require dream content to be processed by AI service providers. We send only the information needed to complete the requested feature and apply available contractual or technical controls. Private dream content is not used to train NeuroDream or third-party general-purpose models unless you make a separate, explicit opt-in choice for a clearly described program.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may use carefully selected providers for cloud hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, transcription, AI generation, payment processing, and customer support. They may process information only to provide their contracted services. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Research, community, and public sharing
Private product use does not automatically enroll you in research or public sharing. Research participation, contribution to a shared dataset, publication, or community sharing requires a separate explanation and affirmative consent. You can decline without losing access to unrelated core features.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and security obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some limited records may remain where retention is legally required or technically necessary for security and fraud prevention.
9. Security
We use organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect account credentials and contact us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.
10. International processing
NeuroDream serves a global audience and may use providers in multiple jurisdictions. Where information is transferred internationally, we use available contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the service and destination.
11. Age requirements
NeuroDream services are not intended for children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. Where parental or guardian consent is required, the service should only be used with that valid consent.
