1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern access to NeuroDream websites and any NeuroDream service that expressly adopts them. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age required to use the service in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may only use the service with valid consent. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account.
3. Service purpose
NeuroDream develops tools for dream recording, personal reflection, pattern observation, creativity, and exploratory research. Features may include AI-generated conversations, summaries, hypotheses, images, or other outputs. The service may change as the underlying research and product develop.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the original content you submit. You grant NeuroDream a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request. Public sharing, research use, or reuse beyond core service delivery requires the permissions presented for that activity.
5. AI-generated outputs
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it. Your ability to use generated material may also depend on third-party rights and applicable law.
6. Health and interpretation boundary
NeuroDream services do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Dream-related observations and AI responses are offered for reflection, memory keeping, creativity, or research exploration. They should not replace care from a qualified professional.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights or privacy, distribute malware, harass or exploit others, bypass access or payment controls, scrape the service at scale, interfere with security, reverse-engineer protected components, or generate content that creates a serious risk of harm.
8. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Some products may offer free and paid plans. Current prices, included features, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation controls will be shown before purchase. Third-party payment providers may process billing information under their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for product, research, security, legal, or operational reasons. Where practical, material changes affecting paid users will be communicated in advance.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are materially violated, continued use creates risk to users or the service, or action is legally required. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available controls or by contacting us.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. NeuroDream does not guarantee that AI outputs, pattern observations, or generated content will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability limitations and mandatory consumer rights will apply according to the governing law and final operating-entity terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material updates will be communicated through the website, product, or an appropriate contact channel. Questions may be sent to neurodream.app@gmail.com.
